Religious AffiliationsThe dominant religion in the island is Roman Catholic. There are other denominations that exist in the island such as the local Iglesia ni Cristo (Church of Christ) and Jehovah's Witness. One of the religious celebration is the Virgin Pilgrimage. The town fiesta is celebrated on the Immaculate Conception Day, December 8 of every year.
